·         How to create an account

You can create your account by clicking ‘Sign Up’ on the top right hand of our homepage. Please fill out the details and press ‘create new account’. Once you have created your account you can log in anytime to check and use your details.

·         Sign up for our newsletter

To sign up for our email newsletter click on ‘Sign up for newsletter’ tab and fill out the details.

·         Benefits of signing up

If you sign up for our newsletter you will be the first to know of our new arrivals, special promotion and competitions, giving you more chance to enjoy everything MISSHA NZ has to offer.

·         Update your profile

You can update and change your details by logging in and click in Account Maintenance. Change and update your details and save.

·         Changing Passwords

1. To change your password you have to log in first and then click ‘Change Password’.
2. Then type in your original password in ‘old password’ and type in new password in ‘password’.
3. Verify the new password once more in ‘Verify’
4. Then ‘Save’ to activate the new password.

·         Manage your subscription

You can manage your email newsletter subscription by logging in and clicking ‘Manage you email subscription’. You can unsubscribe by ticking on the box and pressing ‘send’
