02 How To Use

1. After base makeup, apply powder or shadow
to prepare the skin.
2. Trace a line along the upper eyelid with pencil as if filling it.
3. Trace a line along the eyelid as if filling the inner edge of under eyelid as desired.
4.Put on other eye makeup after eye liner is completely dried (about 10 seconds) |

1. Eyeliner may stain other parts if you blank your eyes before it is completely dried.Wait until eyeliner is completely dried.
2. Apply similar color of eye shadow lightly over the eyeliner to keep your eye makeup longer without smudge.
