02 How To Use
1. After base makeup, apply powder or shadow
to prepare the skin.
2. Trace a line along the upper eyelid with pencil as if filling it.
3. Trace a line along the eyelid as if filling the inner edge of under eyelid as desired.
4.Put on other eye makeup after eye liner is completely dried (about 10 seconds)
* TIPS :
1. Eyeliner may stain other parts if you blank your eyes before it is completely dried.Wait until eyeliner is completely dried.
